Meet Lauren
My approach as a postpartum doula and sleep consultant is deeply focused on supporting parents during one of the most tender and transformative seasons of life. I believe parents deserve to feel confident, capable, and cared for—not overwhelmed or alone.
I take the time to listen and understand your family’s unique needs, values, and concerns, offering personalized, evidence-based guidance that supports you as much as it supports your baby. From physical recovery and emotional well-being to newborn care and infant sleep, my role is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you with steady, compassionate support.
Lauren Bates
With a background in nursing and a heart for nurturing, I provide in-home postpartum support, newborn care education, and gentle sleep coaching that fits your family’s rhythms and values.
My goal is to empower you with confidence, create a calm environment for healing and bonding, and ensure you feel truly supported every step of the way. My mission is to help you feel cared for, confident and supported as you navigate life with your new baby.
Every family’s journey is unique.
I would be honored to be part of yours.
