Overnight Postpartum Doula Support
Those long nights with a newborn can make postpartum recovery feel even harder. Our overnight postpartum doulas provide in-home newborn care and support so parents can get meaningful periods of rest while knowing their baby is receiving attentive, responsive care.
Overnight support may include newborn care, soothing, diaper changes, feeding assistance, baby settling, and support after nighttime feeds. We're also there to answer questions and help you better understand normal newborn behavior and realistic newborn sleep expectations.
Newborn Education & Sleep Support
Bloom Baby Bloom Doulas offers newborn education to help expecting parents feel more prepared and confident before their baby arrives. Topics include newborn feeding, realistic sleep expectations, soothing techniques, normal newborn behavior, and postpartum recovery.
As your baby grows, pediatric sleep consulting is also available for families who need additional guidance and support with sleep.

Lauren is a reliable support person who I was lucky enough to have support me as both my L&D nurse and my postpartum night doula. As a first time mom, I was so grateful to have a seasoned mother and nurse supporting me in some hard times with a preemie newborn. She is fully vaccinated, which was a good fit for our family. She also works at the hospital so she’s extremely skilled and knowledgeable on all things for mom and baby, and updated on the ever-changing medical recommendations. Outside of her nurse skills, she is a positive, lovely person you’d be lucky to welcome into your home. She would go above and beyond, doing our laundry and cuddling our pup. If we had a bigger budget for doula services, we would have kept her on a for a few more months!”
