With nearly three decades of nursing experience, I offer postpartum doula, sleep consulting services (coming late 2025) and newborn education classes in Wilmington and Southeastern North Carolina.
My goal is to help families rest, recover, and feel confident through every stage of early parenthood—with gentle care, evidence-based education, and heartfelt support.

Lauren is a reliable support person who I was lucky enough to have support me as both my L&D nurse and my postpartum night doula. As a first time mom, I was so grateful to have a seasoned mother and nurse supporting me in some hard times with a preemie newborn. She is fully vaccinated, which was a good fit for our family. She also works at the hospital so she’s extremely skilled and knowledgeable on all things for mom and baby, and updated on the ever-changing medical recommendations. Outside of her nurse skills, she is a positive, lovely person you’d be lucky to welcome into your home. She would go above and beyond, doing our laundry and cuddling our pup. If we had a bigger budget for doula services, we would have kept her on a for a few more months!”
